A video audit is only useful if you ask the right questions. Open by asking the auditor to point the camera at the entrance and read the business license. Then ask them to walk to the welding department first — not the showroom. Ask how many hot-air welders are running today, how many operators are on each line, and what the OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) is. Then ask to see the QC lab: pick a random finished bag and ask them to run the hydrostatic test live.
